Q. Can I Cancel My Order?

A.  Orders may be cancelled ONLY if you have not received a shipping conformation via email. If you have already received a shipping conformation via email you may not cancel your order because it is already being processed.

 

Q. My Item Was Damaged When I Received It, What Do I Do?

A. If your item is damaged please sent us a picture of the item along with your order number (can be found via email or on packaging slip) to our email kultuur.info@gmail.com. You have a max of 24 hours to report the damaged item, after 24 hours no refunds will be allowed.

 

Q. Can I Get A Refund On My Custom Jewelry?

A. We do not issue refunds on custom items if we have begun processing the item. Every custom order is final! 

 

Q. How Long Until Items are Restocked? 

A. We try our best to restock items within 2-3 weeks.
